Our main office is located in the financial district in San Francisco. We have bookkeepers in San Francisco, San Diego, and Tucson. We currently serve clients operating out of the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, Germany, and China. Our remote technology enables us to serve clients anywhere. What kind of software do you use?
We use QuickBooks for our business clients. How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the size of your business, the number of transactions, the level of automation, and level of service you desire. We have a minimum flat rate of $500 for clients enrolling in our monthly service. Why do you charge a flat rate for ongoing services?
The flat rate model incentivizes us to keep our clients for the long term and rewards us for our efficiency in the long term. Our service becomes a regular fixed cost spread evenly throughout the year for our clients and eliminates the potential surprise of a huge bookkeeping bill in any given month. I have an Accountant, why do I need a bookkeeper?
Your relationship with your accountant will not change. We provide day to day services and support you need to keep money flowing into and out of your business in addition to preparing the information for your accountant at year end. How do I get started?
